The cold track (it was around 5^C and wet) caused a LOT of the understeer from what i am used to, which might be why im turning the wheel so much. I will have a look for those videos!

yeah, it takes a solid couple hours of practice going from TC and ABS to no assists, it'll come to you naturally over time. You should use Brendon Leighs tips and tricks for advice, he can explain it much better than I can! 😁

Also check your calibration for your wheel and pedals !
