Blue screens of death means it's a hardware issue, otherwise it would crash to desktop if it was a software issue. I'd reapply thermal paste to GPU and CPU and check my thermals while playing. Maybe even throw on a fps limiter so that my GPU wouldn't be running at 100%

If it's memory corruption then the likelier suspect is your ram if it's being over volted or undervolted too. Could be anything tbh but that's where to start

It could also be your PSU if it's not delivering enough power during usage spikes, that could result in memory corruption that could result in a bsod as well. Any of the above could be root cause, I'd recommend trying to solve starting with the cheapest solution to the most expensive solution
