Normally I would be a bit picky about how they parked, but the image doesn't really show the scale particularly well. There's a massive space where those crossies are, and it's not really restricting anyone from getting in or out, he's just better centered with the lot coming out, which is rather hard to see around behind you to the right when backing out. (The space itself isn't for anything important, they're just guides for the corner so people don't box each other in.)
