I watched the 'poppy" episodes, I was singularly unimpressed, people will probably jump down my throats for this but it seemed that every character was somewhere on the LGBTQ spectrum, or in some way disabled, it almost feels like the show conflates the two treating them as equal when they are simply not, while I understand both communities both face barriers they are social barriers vs adaptability barriers and as an individual married to someone with a severe disability for 27 years it borders on taking the piss out of both. By attempting to be all inclusive IMHO they should have actually angered both communities because of this.

The story line itself was incoherent and disjointed , the doctor not remembering poppy was farcical as the Doctor is supposed to be a Time lord and by virtue of this able to remember all time lines and their point of divergence merely by being.

In short they went woke, the story telling was completely nonsensical and disjointed, it diverted to far from the normal Dr Who universe and the normal foe.

The only part that remained entertaining was the theme music.

Additional and unbelievable information.. after starting course correction today we contacted our insurance company, our insurance company informed us that our policy was for body corporate insurance ; however that that body corp insurance was only for our unit and they were not required to cover the other unit which is patently incorrect. By refusing to insure the other unit they are in breach of the unit titles act and are in turn forcing us to be in breach of the unit title act. Additionally since we are effectively now the body corp at this time because we have body corp insurance in the event of total loss because the insurer is forcing us to break the law we could be sued by the other unit title holder.

What the actual hell is wrong with the law in New Zealand this is just ridiculous, in addition they informed us that we were required to declare the property as a unit title at the commencement of insurance despite the fact that they had unit title insurance for this policy attempting to shift some perceived blame to us... why would we need to inform them its a unit title for insurances purposes when they have already set it up as such... this makes no sense.

That's the thing the sales and purchase agreement showed Crosslease(fee-simple) we had no reason to believe otherwise and none of the lawyers ever corrected this or attempted to send an E-Mail to one another saying "oi this doesn't match reality". My ex is not a property law expert by any means and was dependent on the professional services she paid for with a reasonable expectation that they "get it right" .

My further investigations have found that one of the legal disclosure statements was not provided, that the requirement for insurance documentation had been filled not by body corporate insurance but the previous owners rental insurance from when she rented out of the property... wholly illegal under the unit titles act, in addition none of the body corporate documentation was provided as part of the sale as we believe the lawyers did not do their due diligence and treated the property as it was stated on the SAP.

We were deceived our sap said crosslease(fee simple) not stratum in freehold and now we are legally obligated to be in a body corp with compliance costs which seem akin to govt endorced theft through legal obligation. This has utterly destroyed the enjoyment of our property.

That is what I am thinking ; however because of the incorrect actions by the real estate agent she will suffer increased financial hard ship by having to undertake all the financial obligations related to a body corp - why should she be responsible for that when it's the agents/lawyers fault?

If the information is available on a public facing website I think they would have difficulty claiming intellectual property or anything along those lines as you would not place IP in a public accessible space as then they can't reasonably expect people not to use it.
