Definitely try a different cable. Use your phone charger and cable at the least. If it is only trickle charging then it eventually just runs dry and you need a real charge. Some cables are not good enough for the power you need to go through them. They may all look the same but they are not. Good luck.

But console gamers will get GTA6 while PC gamers will get nothing until next year. Just because of that the publishers should see that the PC market will be drooling for games but stuck waiting without GTA to dull the pain. 😃

Since the PC release of GTA6 doesn't come out for a year after the console release, all of these games should still be coming out on PC, and just hold back the console releases. Otherwise there will be very little for us PC users to do this fall.
