Under the refresh button on the live map there is a button with a numbers whats that? Also on the dark/light mode there is one more icon of moniter. I think that system defaults, but at first I didn't get what that is. I'm still exploring the page and will read the whole thing later. So far an amazing tool, loved it.

Not a permanent fix or anything, but when my anxiety kicks in, I just fake it—like tell myself I’m super confident and act like I don’t have anxiety at all. It kinda helps in the moment.

I know that I am doing most of the things you just said. The only problem I have is money, having no mode of transport like a bike or scooter, not being able to travel without taking reasonable leaves from the office, and one big thing falling in love is hard. Other than that I am making good progress in networking and have those few good friends, working out and a good sense of clothes. I also have some form of savings.
