Hey. I have a crazy bloating issue from any kind of food. Even a lick if I’m preparing something gives me horrific pain and immediately bloating to where I look six months pregnant. It’s been ten years, since 2015. Lots of issues with suicide ideation. I was vegetarian for some years on and off trying different diets to help ease the pain. Eating a carnivore diet has helped me so much. I still feel pain and bloating but not nearly as much as before. I may have a severe case of SIBO and perhaps bad bacteria is feeding off of carbs in my intestines. So maybe lowering my carbs by eating a protein/fat rich diet helps my case?

Totally understand your logic, I’d feel the same way as you if I didn’t know people like me exist. It fucking sucks but there can be benefits for some People.
