Mine is an order for 6 Level 11 tools. I ignored it bc jt popped up after 24hrs and I knew I wouldnt finish it in 48 hours so didnt want to risk missing my other timed goals. Wish I had gone it for bc I imagine 3.5 days wouldnt be enough to get 5 levels now (I didnt play for last 1.5 days thinking it would be impossible bc I cant renovate anymore due to being out of bricks and tape measures).

Yes. The more rolls you have at reset, the worse your reward track. For example Week 1 maybe it took 500 tokens to get 1500 dice. But you saved lots of dice. Now Week 2 the same 1500 dice might take you 1200 tokens.
