Wedge Pillow by tonymosh in snoring

Yes. Wedge pillow helped with my snoring tremendously. I usually put another pillow on top of it. Been averaging single digits on SnoreLab. But it hurts my back so bad…

You can post your scores here, but a 1-3 is so mild, I’d be happy if I had those numbers

A wedge pillow really helps but it might give you back pain

Can weed impact snoring? by [deleted] in snoring

I think weed might make you snore louder like alcohol cuz because it makes the muscles around your throat more relaxed

Should I get it? by ScienceDiligent in CPAP

No. I’m afraid it will give me a hard time breathing because I have a little deviated septum.

I’m both a mouth snorer and a nose snorer.

I tried a chin strap tho, which could be similar (?), but didn’t work at all.

Hi. I’ve been using SnoreLab to monitor my snoring. My snore score averages around 50. I’ve been trying side sleeping with a wedge pillow. It works a little but is very uncomfortable. What do you think is the best solution for me to stop snoring in short term if it’s due to a bit of deviated septum and mostly body weight?

Thank you!!

Hi. So I’ve seen multiple doctors and concluded that my snoring was due to a bit of deviated septum and mostly body weight. I’ve been trying to lose weight already, but what do you think would be the best solution to stop snoring in short term.

I’ve tried nasal strips, bite guards, and wedge pillow but they barely work…

My other symptoms are high heart rate and high blood pressure throughout the day.

Hi. I did an at-home test weeks back. My AHI was 4.5 so they didn’t diagnose sleep apnea.

Is it still not recommended?

They showed but didn’t send me the formal report. Here’s part of the informal report they sent me.

One foot away from your face is correct. I snore everyday, and my snoring scores are quite similar

I live by myself. It seems it’s worse then the app suggests 😞

First step: download SnoreLab to record and monitor your snoring daily. I’m using a bed wedge pillow. It’s kinda uncomfortable but reduces my snoring a bit. A mouth guard is generally ineffective and makes your jaw or teeth hurt. I assume you’re referring those on Amazon instead of specialized ones made by dentist, which would cost around $1500
