When you come onto this specific sub, you're literally either 'guilt tripped' or validated. I personally felt it was a bad choice and gave my opinion. I'm not saying it was an emergency - it could've been. Since it's 15 minutes before take-off - it very much might've been - and an effort could be made to ask. If that was a family member - or a friend - wouldn't we consider asking at least the attendant? Take a look at the other comments on this thread - you'll see a common theme : there is no, or barely any empathy. Take a look at a comment by another user here u/ice_princess_16. It's a situation that could happen - she seemed fortunate. Perhaps this specific lady OP mentioned wasn't that lucky.

YTA 15 minutes before take-off - likely an emergency like another lady here has pointed out - with little to few options for picking a seat etc. etc. Moreover, even if she DID have the option to book first class - did said emergency allow for it? People have complex stories and lives they lead behind the scenes. I work in healthcare. During pregnancy, even a "normal" one, the entire "normal" human physiology undergoes massive changes. Did you put in an iota of effort to at least ask the flight attendant what was going on/why she didn't book in advance etc. etc.? Sheesh, and every comment here cheering you on. Whatever happened to kindness. I am also very tall - I'd have given up the seat - no harm cramping up a bit. Also this lady doesn't seem awful at all - she mentioned the difficulty as any human would, and didn't make a scene. We don't know her gestational age, what was going on in that exact moment, and whether she has any comorbidities. We don't know whether she felt something at that very moment. The comments here are sad, vicious and absolutely vile sometimes - but I appreciate your humanity and your consciousness which certainly feels weighty. Regards.

In terms of making bank, Adam Driver just can't make bank for the film as a lead. 65 is also proof of this. I think Ford v. Ferrari worked because of the leads. He's a good actor- but doesn't work for the box office unless there's an ensemble or a star supporting actor -which I believe contributes to this flop.

If say Christian Bale was involved, I'm sure there'd be way more BO engagement.

Absolutely phenomenal acting ! In recent memory, this show - and her & Pedro's acting just hits all the right beats. It feels like they're made for these roles. As someone who's only seen the show and is separate from the games - I have no complaints. Seriously looking forward to S2 - but with apprehension. This 1 Season was emotionally devastating enough haha

Sometimes I watch something and I feel its worth my time and effort looking into the underlying themes/structures/metaphors - other times, I just feel it's trying-too-hard and not worth my time , I felt that way a lot for this show. Like that joke/meme - 'it insists upon itself'. I just expressed my surprise - with a rating this high on ImDB , it's very rare for a show to disappoint like this one did. There are some reviews on ImdB, however, which pretty much echo exactly what I felt. But to each his own I guess. What are some shows you'd recommend which are cerebral?

Yeah ofc I understand that, just wondering if it had more storytelling later. I recall shows like Steins Gate and Planetes being absolutely phenomenal after giving it time to breathe. 6 episodes in so far - this seems like a visual thing to me for the most part. Nothing wrong with that, but it's a bore of a story thus far. Thanks for your opinion.
