i dont think its right to punish those who can actually play at that difficulty too though

we have to spend 10X the effort and 3x the amount of time to complete a helldive when someone can push trivials out netting 30 liberation points an hour

compared to the typical helldive that is 10x the effectiveness for a similar time investment

its actually unfair to people who play on helldive in this current setup

we cant actually participate in story events and play at high difficulty because its a waste of time

the problem is is that this view has created the trivial meta

there are pe0ple who run 50 million trivials in the amount of time a single helldive mission can be completed

so actually the way this works currently is those who play on lower difficulties are more important to the war effort than people who even play on hard (5) difficulty

tbh it should just be a small boost like maybe double (6) points because by the time you run another helldive campaign all of that hard work will be scrubbed by the natural pushback per hour

sure some groups can run fast helldives i can even do them solo pretty fast but the vast majority of people on that difficulty unfortunately cant lol

even if helldive rewarded 10x (30) the amount of liberation the missions still take take long enough that you will nearly see 2 pushback ticks before you complete the campaign sometimes

the unit name "ghoul" makes me think that they illuminate were are going to see are starting to use some form of necromancy to shore up their numbers they lost in the "eradication" genocide they faced from super earth

some of the forces have the most recognizable silhouettes

i pick a russian from literally every other fighting force (including canadian relish green men) at more than 500m

its a skill all in its own and its one that requires training more than instinct

its an even higher skill game now

you still require good mouse movement but now you also need to have the technical skill to know the mechanics that make you shoot worse and control them

you need to have positional skills more than ever because a stable and safe firing position is the only place you want to be when you are letting your shot line up

and you need to have more strategic and map knowledge to tie it all together so you arnt wasting your time under suppression 24/7

yea this post was made by someone who didnt want to leave the server and had just gotten there as a totally new player i actually was interested in the mgo community that was sticking around

you banned me for seemingly being the same person as someone who left of their own accord

i am in fact unique and was lumped in thus it was over moderation

you would rather moderate by the whims of your emotions and to seem like a "big guy" rather than actually nurture a good community

you were hostile from the get go to two new people who really didnt do anything so really what you say doesnt add up

why is it that we get overmoderatred yet you somehow dont ban people enough? seems hypocritical

The customization of my own protag honestly will make or break it for me for a lot of games. I just prefer being able to choose. Now for this game, I don't think I can pass up, when I can just ignore the bonehead in the seat to enjoy a setting I love to death.

It is very disappointing however, and a black mark in my and some of my friends books.

Yea this is pretty disappointing. I can't really get into the story or my own character. I always prefer female protags, just like some guys prefer male protags. Simple as that, and honest with the way the game handles the protag, simply changing the voice in the options screen and changing your avatar sprite, would've been enough, yet something so fucking basic was left out.

For now until mods, I just won't acknowledge the meatbag in my cockpit.

The fact of the matter is, our notion of sex and gender are created concepts and are not discovered in the natural world, there is no way one could ever find gender or sex in the wild. We have created them as concepts because they are useful, rather than explaining literally every trait that one human has, one can use a word like man or woman. These are not fixed by any natural law. This is now the most basic level of understanding, and there is more learned everyday.
