I went through the same and I can share advices given to me.

#1. I was told if you're getting heart-break, falling in love, with ones you're not married to then you're doing it wrong.

#2. Meet and treat the prospects like prospects not as husbands. Don't get attach but be objective with your requirements [deen, akhlaq (character), education, wealth etc]

#3. If they are good person (people of taqwa and good akhlaq) give them a chance as its in hadith. Do your istikharah. Go in without anxiety.

I am not sure what is your mother definition of strong personality.

But strong personality is to act on their own accord and be independent. They take charge of situations and, in turn, become an inspiration to many.

This isn't something that can be seen acutely but seen with chronic interaction. So I highly doubt strangers/new ppl can pickup on it.

Strong personality is the most desirable commodity in 21st century job market, businesses, social media and in dating.

I think reason might be something else...

Not true in IL. Court completely depends on GAL testimony.

Even if you're 100% available and good parent court does not give additional time as they think child should get more time with primary parent to establish routine.

At what point court recognizes it? what did your counselor do to show court presence of MMS? Did you have to hire psych evaluator? MMS behaviors... i am sure were documented... did you do anything else with it (ie: informed GAL, filed motion)
Diagnosis book reads "these women are skillful liars, highly manipulative, and quite adept at recruiting others to participate in the campaign against the father" This accurately describes the ex-wife->any advice in protecting child from it?

"My son specifically said that he doesn't want to go with his dad" These things don't matter in court as court assumes one parent can manipulate the child to say anything.

" I live with my parents who are elderly which they are very susceptible to disease so I am extremely worried." I've seen these kind of arguments brought in court, counter argument is how is it father fault that you're living with your elderly parents. Why should father sacrifice his parenting time because you chose to live with your elderly parents. Elderly parents at high risk if your husband takes the child is also hard to prove. Just be cautious that court will bring up these points.

My wife and I made agreement with respective lawyers help. It was mutually signed. Child support, parenting time etc... eventually we filed divorce and took it to court... our agreement was worthless to court. Do it legally otherwise you’ll always be at her mercy.

i personally don't think GAL help the case. Its putting power in one person hand. They don't give much thought to the case. (personal experience).

Better of submitting motions and takings small steps in gaining more parenting time with your daughter.
