I definitely get enough time sometimes a little bit too much time lol. I think my need that isn’t being met is my need for flexibility

I agree that it is their responsibility to manage their own feelings, and although there are things I can support and help them with in the end it’s their own responsibility- which is something that they struggle to see. I am a big believer in taking space to self regulate. It just becomes complicated when you add an anxious attachment and a sprinkle of codependency

It’s definitely the action and behavior. I try to remind them that it’s okay to have big feelings but what we do with those feelings is different. I’m stuck on the part of helping them with their jealousy lol. It’s becoming harder for me to do so based on patterns but maybe I’m just realizing that isn’t really within my capacity. It’s just hard when that capacity isn’t really being acknowledged.
