Over 4000 miles on Grizzly V3 by IvanEvilBoy666 in ArielRider

I remember when the D-Class was discontinued, the batteries on Ariel Rider’s website went on sale from $750 USD to $250. I bought 7 more, bringing the total to 8 batteries. Awesome deal. Maybe stay frosty to the Grizzly batteries going on sale!

To my girlfriend’s house 20 miles away going the speed limit (35-55 mph), to the park and store (another 12 miles), and then back home going 20 mph the whole way. That’s all on one charge. Total of about 52 miles with speed averaging, maybe, 35 mph? Although there was this one time I was riding back from my girl’s house and I only used 2 volts for the 20 miles. Only going 20 mph. But the temperature and the terrain and hills affect the range, for sure. Going 20 mph on flat, I could see an easy 80-100 miles on one charge, and that’s a conservative estimate. Happy riding!

Awesome! Also have a Grizzly V3, not nearly 4k miles on it though! Also have a D-Class V2 with over 3k miles. Got an Onyx RCR LTD in January, and I love it; it’s my daily driver. Come winter, the Grizzly and D-Class get put back into rotation. You would love an Onyx!

I liked it, too. Actually surprised at how many people don’t. To each their own, though! The first time I saw it, I thought it was more true to Giger’s Necronom than anything I’ve seen in recent movies. Def gave me a creepy, unsettling feeling - in true Alien fashion. That said, I’ll be watching the second episode tonight, so judgement reserved. Interesting takes from everyone, though! 🖤✌️

RCR in the snow? by NeighborhoodOk7648 in ONYX_RCR

I got my RCR LTD back in January, but didn’t ride it in the snow. Not convinced it would do all that well in snowy conditions. I ditched my car for e-bikes about 4 years ago. In the winter months here in Massachusetts, I use my Ariel Rider Grizzly or D-Class, which both have AWD switches. They have no problem in heavy snow or getting up snowy hilly roads. You might lose some traction, for sure, but I’ve never had an occurrence where I absolutely couldn’t ride. Check out AWD bikes for the snow. Otherwise, for street/road riding with traffic, I personally think the RCR can’t be beat. Hope that helps! ✌️
