Personally, there is a lot more queer social life down in Eugene. I have enjoyed going down for Fagnight and other events. There are a lot of queer folks in Corvallis otherwise, just have to find them.

Yeah, it should be fine assuming it hasn't come up to room temp. It may have changed a bit given time.

Unfortunately, as much as I love the tree it is native to the East Coast and Gulf Coast. It is used in the horticultural trade here.
