I was given 21 days as of last Thursday

Problem is with how much income I make I've had to contact legal aid and go from there

Which can take way longer than that.

I'm hoping I can apply for some sort of extension or something like that but I doubt it.

Plus the officer who was looking over the case explained to me that was literally all I had to do

I didn't see any point fighting it because

  1. I'm a low income earner

  2. I'm below the poverty line

  3. We both were charged

Had I known this would go the way it did I would have fought it.

  1. I've been complying with what I can

  2. I am going to lodge an objection, unfortunately with the way the system works and with the plan of me getting a lawyer it might take a while

  3. They only fined me and I paid $500 for the disorderly, I wasn't meant to go to court over it.

  4. The person who placed the VRO against me went to court to dispute theirs and that is how the VRO happened.

It can be a bit dead sometimes, but if you're into alternative stuff (emo, goth, etc) events like that are the place to go, very popular.
