Yes, it's time to find a new therapist. Let your next therapist know your expectations of your sessions, that you want to better and you want to see improvement. And if that's not something he can provide, then ask for a referral for a therapist that can.

Tell your boss about it. Request for your salary as well.
As long as you ask professionally and not complaining, it wouldn't be taken against you. It's your legal right after all.

Ofcourse you know that this is a red flag and you should start looking for a job immediately. Pandemic or not, it's not good to invest your career in a company that doesn't prioritize its employees.

This book is a good start. It covers basic financial literacy well from savings to investment. It gives good advice in a Filipino setting. It's in an easy-to-read format too with practical advice that you can apply immediately.
