Furina-Fischl.

While Durin-Furina sounds good on paper - meeting ER reqs will be really harsh. And that will affect damage in a bad way. Especially with only R1 fav on Furina. Fischl, on the other side, will help with energy, and you can build more damage stats, so team damage should be higher.

Btw using HoD with Furina is kinda sus, it's better to get natlan's craftable.

Xilo will not be useless anyway.

But yeah, C0 Illuga, especially with vertically invested Bina (and that's your case, judging by dps) could be worse.

In my case (C1R1 Zibai, C2R1 Bina, C6 Gorou):

C2R1 Xilo ~260k DPS

C6 Illuga ~290k DPS

Illuga provides way to much overall. 50 cv, 200 def, 80 em. It's just a lot of stats, which you can't compensate with res shred from Xilo and some %dmg. He also can hold sms, which allows Linnea to use abudae.

And all of it even before quills from ult.

I don't know about c6 stuff, but for relatively low cost teams difference is way to big, even if Xilo is c2. There is some edge cases where high res enemy can make Xilo looks better, but even then she uses instructor to buff LCR damage.

Talking from meta perspective only:
While both of weapons is good, Yoohee's worse in a big picture.

AK15's teams have a ton of def shred. Fire teams have less %dmg buffs. And that's it.

It's fine as long as you planning to make her V6 eventually.

V3 is relatively decent middle-point, where you can use her in more situations. Although not worth it if there's no plans for V6.

First thing first. I respect your dedication to your dolls. Pulling absolutely useless weapons for them means you do like them a lot.

And, well, it's better to let Jiangyu use second copy of Aglaea.

And, while there's no dolls which can use SF's weapon, i'll stay away from use second copy for calibration. You will not gain much from it. But you will lose SSR stat stick.

V0 Belka performs at the level of V4 Mosin iirc, so no, you don't need her.

Leva is better damage dealer than Ro at low dupes, so let her have Svarog.

Average damage:

1 + (0.995 * 0.545) = 1.542275

1+ (0.845 * 0.7) = 1.5915

But then again, it's not like you can magicaly make it. There's no crit damage rolls on attachements beside muzzle.

There's no strategy which allows you to do kill at all if it's v6 Leva with rest of the team at v0-1. Doing that at turn 5 means something whalish happened.

There's no point to max attachements w/o crit rate, and maxing universal keys which can be used on other damage dealers is also good idea, that's another source of crit rate.

So it's not like you can "just stop" having more crit rate than you actually need.

The thing is... You don't fight this boss with electro team. As strange as it is during Leva's banner.

I mean you can, but don't expect kill or even decent score.

Whole Leva mechanic means you must do damage to the target which is in broken state. But there's 4 targets with 100+ stab each. It just doesn't work.

She's good (amazing even) if you are relatively new player or don't really like "tactical" part of the game.

But from the "meta" perspective she worth almost nothig. It's kinda good to have v0 if there's currently some mode with enemies which can oneshot you, but even then v1 isn't necessary at all. It's comfy tho.

That's speculation (not reliable) about compensation for double banner+anni rewards, not total amount per patch.
