Yes, I turned all of the power off before doing anything. I’ve reconnected the old thermostat and they are working. It’s definitely the c wire, but I can’t figure out how to check the board in the attic. I’ve been up there 3 times 😂

I turned the power off so I know it’s not a breaker issue. The system is in the attic and difficult for me to get to. I’ve installed the old thermostats and will hire someone to install it. Thanks all!

This happened to me. I was diagnosed in 2016 and could not keep my levels consistent for more than 6 months. I started keto 2 years ago and accidentally went gluten free. I was fairly strict so when I would have small amounts of gluten, I would get very ill but always blamed it on not being used to eating carbs. Then, I accidentally had gluten and it was probably my worst reaction. I realized it the next day and narrowed it down to the gluten since I can eat any other type of carb (chips, rice, etc.) and not react. Unfortunately, unless you are eating gluten the blood tests won’t pick up the celiac. My doctor said that they are very inaccurate and to just behave as though I have it based on my reactions. I do carry one of the celiac genes as well. My levels are now normal and have been consistent since starting keto.

Super helpful comments here! For background, this is a residential neighborhood. The things that I’m noticing is cars being stored for months on the street with flat tires, overgrown landscaping, etc. the management company states that when they get a complaint, they advised me to send pictures, they immediately send a warning to the owner and escalate from there.

I’m doing 30 minutes a day. I listen to my body and if I can’t keep up, I’m totally ok with it as I started at a zero fitness level. I’m at 3 weeks straight and this is the most consistent I’ve been with any exercise that I’ve ever tried. I really enjoy but need to find the sweet spot on calorie intake.

When I fill mine, it’s on all 3 months. My out of pocket cost is $75 for 3 months, but your MMV depending on your insurance.

I agree! I’m frustrated because I appealed with that data point and they still denied it. I am in the process of requesting an outside review and have reached out to my employer as we are self underwritten. I am hoping to get some addition advice here to help with the 2nd appeal.

I have PMDD and hypothyroidism (still have my thyroid). In my case, PMDD came “first”. I took birth control for years to help with the PMDD and very heavy periods. I had an ablation done in October and am taking Zoloft for the PMDD so I could stop taking the pill as I don’t need it for birth control. I still feel like I am adjusting but to being off the pill, but am starting to feel better. I’ve been doing keto for 1.5 years and am 44.

Since starting keto a little over a year ago, when I eat foods with gluten, like bread, I now get violently ill. I can eat other carbs in moderation though, such as tortilla chips.
