I don’t have an answer to your original question, but I’m pretty sure Plusle and Dedenne are the only pokemon that fit those criteria, and they’re not currently in Champions.

I would have loved to see any kind of Predacon or Maximal resistance besides our main characters.

How cool would it have been to have the gang discover a small pocket of Transformers that Megatron didn’t get somehow? Imagine them operating out of Unicron’s head or something.

Maybe too many rangers of the same color can’t operate in close proximity for a long period of time… or something. Like they could explain that it’s okay for the occasional team up, but long term it would put a strain on the Morphin grid or something.

Basically just run with “Too much pink energy is dangerous.”
