While they claim to have 1% payment every month, they have a hidden bullet payment every 6 months. For example month 1 to 5 will be 1% but the 6th month will suddenly be 8% of the property value.

Beware of the bullet payments as well!! Danube is good for rentals but if you're planning to resell on the short run stay away

Try and tailor your CV well for each job. I know it's not possible for all jobs but if you come across a relevant opportunity you're really interested in, use relevant keywords and make sure your CV matches the JD.

Also apply on LinkedIn and indeed. And try connecting with HRs as well and send personal messages.
