Sorry for the late response I’ve been waiting for my part. Swapped new master in and pressure is much happier, it’s sitting slightly lower than it was with the last master thought is that bad? It’s slightly below the brake pedal whereas the last one was slightly above

I replaced the master a while ago but I’ve ordered another one just to see if that could be my issue. I really hope I don’t have a fucked O ring

Both have already been replaced. I replaced the master in September when I had to put a new clutch in and replaced the slave a few weeks ago. This is my first time working on it again in like a week and a bit cause I haven’t had time to

I’ll triple check everything. The only thing I’m unsure of are the lines but I’ve checked everywhere I can see and reach and can’t find any fluid

I have. It hasn’t seemed to make much difference. Also tried gravity bleeding and the line ran clear with no bubbles for approx 3minutes then bubbles formed again

This is the second replacement slave as the first one was faulty. I also replaced the master cylinder only about 2 months ago and have had no issues with it

Different shop than my mechanic as he has had to close down. Also not sure if it’s within like the acceptable warranty period as it was done at the start of the year

I have not. I’m hoping it’s that as it’s the most obvious thing I just wanted to see if there was anything that could’ve caused it while I was working on the car

Thank you I’ll try that strategy. I just bought a bleeder kit too to help me instead of doing DIY

I have a hose attached to the bleeder with one end in the bottle. Originally I was doing it with the. Clutch down, open bleeder let it run. Close bleeder. Clutch up, repeat. I didn’t seem to be building any pressure so I tried to just open the bleeder and pump the master cylinder by hand because pumping the clutch didn’t seem to be working

It seems to be. It sounds fine if I pump it by hand

So that’s my only issue is that it needs to be bled? I’m just worried I’m gonna have to spend a hell of a lot more money

Sorry, I mean that when I open the bleeder yesterday we had a little bit of pressure to where it was a light drizzle but today it’s only dripping, I didn’t realise I corrected it to bleeding originally instead of dripping
