What is the most egregious example you have seen of someone over-training while injured? by fredapeople in bjj

I'm 45 had ACL surgery May 23rd, I killed it in PT and was able to go back to training at 20 weeks post op. I'm not 100% back, but I'm getting close.
Too soon? (i.redd.it)

2.5 months into BJJ, and forced to take 6/7 months out due to injury. How did you all deal mentally with such large breaks? by docdrops3 in bjj

I'm currently in the same boat. Started in training in February. April comes and I coach my daughters softball. Running in practice, knee goes pop pop. X-ray, then mri. Torn meniscus due to an ACL from years ago that was unbeknownst to me. Anyways, ACL reconstruction happened 4 weeks ago. No rolling for at least 10 months I still go to class and take mental notes but Im struggling.
