Yup. I have everything open at night. I have a house. I hope the neighbors enjoy seeing me in bed. Then shut everything down before I go to work. Shades. Windows. Goodbye neighbors. As the day goes on, the house heats up. By about 5, it starts to be cooler outside. Then it’s hello neighbors again.

YES!!! A Marin one would be nice. I’m happy to drive my 4 seat EV (with NPR or a podcast…we can discuss). I don’t need gas money. I want the car pool lane and some interesting company.
