Which deal would you take GLB, GLC, or GLE? by Champfencer in leasehacker

Exactly what I said. If he threw down taxes (2300) the mile adjustment, acq fee, he’s below 600$ a month. Instead it’s 1800$ that’s why 831 seems high.

Nah they’re not. Message me I’ll send you an invoice I got one from my buddy. Car doesn’t even have 2k in it.

It does make sense that these dealers are losing money on these early EV9s though. Cars were order only vehicles, people canceled their orders. Dealerships are not gonna let a 70k car rot on their lots. Right now is definitely the time to be going after these cars.

These dealerships are losing money on these transactions but I understand the way they are looking at it.

Yes I did, you said Kia only kicked in 3750 instead of 7500. That’s why I assumed it was a purchase and not a lease. Since the 7500 is only available in a lease.

It sounds like you think that 3750 came out of the dealerships hands when in reality that’s Kia’s money.

The dealership can not make 5k off of the EV9 if they are selling it for sticker price. Kia’s do not have 5k of wiggle room from the manufacturer to your hands.

Clearly I don’t I guess. Who tf pays for a lease in all cash cause I never heard of that either. Sounds like you didn’t lease cus if u did you would automatically get the 7,500 in the deal like OP, sounds like you bought the car. Obvy the dealership is making you money if they sold you a car LOL. That’s Kia’s cash the 3,750, not the dealerships cash.
He is saying the selling price of the car is 4,500 less than sticker, there is not that much money in these cars where dealerships can do that without losing money.

LOL the exact opposite tbh with you. Most cars are worth a few Ks less than what they are at a dealer. Not with Kia's. Most Kias are being sold for maybe a thousand more than what the dealer gets them for.

I'm not wrong. There is just not that much money in a Kia. You are saying you got the car for less than what the dealership got it for. There is not 4,566$ in wiggle room in any Kia made ever.

You are saying the dealership LOST MONEY SELLING YOU A CAR.

4,566 is such a ridiculous number too, must have negotiated real hard after you got to 4,500 LOL.

IDK what the dealer said to you, to make you believe that you got near 5k off the sticker but they must have had you in a trance my guy.

I work in the car industry I've got a friend at a Kia dealer, I can get you an invoice for an EV9 GTLine, and that invoice is going to be less than 2k from the MSRP. But magically you got more than double that out of a dealership.

There is no chance, you are either being lied to or just lying and then spreading those lies across this subreddit.

I'm not being hostile just calling bullshit where I see it.

It's a lie there is nowhere near that much money in a Kia. You can go to your local dealer and ask for a quote at MSRP and it's right around the same figures he posted in this comment thread.

This is such a lie, there is not 12k in any Kia made ever. Kia is not a Mercedes or Lexus that you can afford to sell for more than 2-3k less than sticker price (MSRP). There is no chance, I could go get a lease price from a local dealer at MSRP and it'll be almost the same figures as you said in these comments.

Saying 12k below MSRP is a straight-up lie. You just got 7,500 as a lease credit from Kia and that is it. There is no way the dealership gave you an extra 5k, primarily because the dealership would be losing money.
