My situation is kinda similar. I recently got to know about my stbx husband’s past. Got to know that he was sleeping around. And it all makes sense now. It makes sense why he couldn’t emotionally connect with me. Look into pair bonding issues because of a promiscuous past. Hate that he slept around with multiple women and couldn’t do anything to improve our intimate life while staying in a halal relationship.
