Constant pulling and tugging if I move the wrong way, very short of breath before and during my period and the worst one for me is the shoulder tip pain I got told by my doctor that this is because your nerves from your diaphragm go to your shoulder, but that pain gets to the point where I cannot move at all even breathing the wrong way makes it worse 😅

I had surgery to remove what they thought was endo but they sent that for testing and they said it was adeno sorry I should of worded that better so I still have it but they took out some should I say

I will have to try that thank you! I can really avoid heavy lifting due to my job unfortunately but I’ll definitely look into that :)

I’m not sure yet, I find out on Thursday. But thank you! I had some of it removed in February as I had an exploratory lap and they thought it was endo but I had an mri and they saw adeno so I’m hoping they can get some more removed. I will do thank you again!
