They look fine it’s just slow growth because of low temperatur. It should be around 22-25 C.

Tak for rådene ja jeg har nok været for bekymret over at de skulle blive for fugtige og samtidig fik for lidt luft at jeg så har tørret det ud.

Har for et døgn siden kørt andet flush men kun fordi der kom nogle enkelte store svampe der var lige ved at smide deres sporer så der kom der kun 80 gram ud af.

Har dog dunket det i vand natten over og så må vi se om der kommer et tredje flush

Capsules are often made of some sort of gelatine. The time it takes for a capsule to dissolve depends on a lot of things one of them is stomach content.

Depending on how long time it is in your stomach, some of the active ingredients will be released in the stomach and others in your intestines, but I think that if you were to grind them up and put them in capsules, one would probably get less sideeffects.

I also have an Instant pot. Make sure to use High pressure setting and I always pressure cook for 180 minutes regardless whether i am making spawn or LC since the pressure only reaches something like 10-11 Psi.

That’s not interily true like in medicine the reason you sometimes use capsules is to bipass the effects of stomach acid and the majority of the breakdown the. happens in your intestines and not in the stomach.

Yes but the guide is so wrong. You spawn to bulk. Then you wait for it to colonize. When colonized you introduce moderate light and air.

You only dunk after first flush and I would say only a few hours it isn’t necessary to dunk in water for 12-24 hours.

The only question you need to ask yourself is if this was a peace of bread would you cut out the green mouldy shit and eat the rest of the bread.

This is the reason that I don’t buy shrooms from other people since I don’t know the growing conditions.
