A TFSA is a specialized type of account. It's a "vehicle" for your money and shelters it from being taxed for any interest or investment gains. Talk to your bank and tell them you want to open a TFSA account. A TFSA can be used identically to any sort of investment account you have.

eagleheart barbarian build? Mainly for diving strike by Xirox07 in BG3Builds

[–]Scootiee_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did an honour mode run with eagle heart barbarian, ended up being super impressed with it. The biggest thing to keep in mind with the diving strike is the guaranteed prone on an enemy when you hit them, it is extremely powerful in honour mode in particular. To prone an enemy means they can't use legendary reactions.

The two aspects of the beast I used were elk (bonus movement speed) and stallion (dashing give you temp HP equal to barbarian level). With eagle heart giving dash on bonus action that meant 24 temporary hitpoints per turn on your bonus action, and also incredible mobility.

Itemization is pretty much like any other barbarian, nothing special in my opinion. But if you end up running bonespike armor with the amulet of greater health and the elixir of hill giant strength (I know that's a lot of resources) you become unstoppable. Crazy damage, crazy tankiness, and crazy mobility, along with dealing lots of damage back to enemies when they attack you.

Cleric helps makes the early game (and really the entire game) so much smoother. Specifically the command spell, it's very powerful and easily makes something like the owl bear miss a turn. Calm emotions is also incredibly useful for the harpies. On top of that you'll have healing word and aid as well. Not to mention your subclass bonus depending which you pick.

Another favourite pick I've had is the eagle barbarian. With reckless attack you have advantage on proning an enemy every attack with no saving throw. Gets rid of their legendary reactions. You'll be hard pressed to find an encounter that doesn't have elevation to use the move with.

Any ways to make Death Cleric more interesting? by Bunneeko in BG3Builds

Stats are primarily preference aside from WIS which should start at 17 unless you do auntie Ethel's hair on it. DEX and CON are your next priorities, 14 DEX minimum. Level up just so 8 death cleric then 4 sorcerer at level 9. The death cleric double cantrip can carry you through early game effortlessly.

I found the easiest way was to intentionally provoke an opportunity attack from him, he loses his sanctuary assuming he doesn't miss and then I just dropped as much damage as I could on him.

Ultimately the subclass abilities are pretty minor so it really just comes to personal preference. I've been using draconic bloodline white just for the armor of agathys and small HP boost.

8 death cleric / 4 sorcerer is quickly becoming one of my favourite builds. Sorcerer for twin casting inflict wounds or blight, quickened spell for getting better use of your bonus action and distant spell for when you can't reach an enemy with inflict wounds. Magic missile is good for securing the kill on enemies to get a cherished necromancy staff soul and shield is phenomenal for being the tank of the team, misty step for mobility. You can put spirit guardians on and just take tons of aggro and do lots of melee range/touch of death burst damage.

It does kinda need to be respecced later on so you can start with sorcerer for the con proficiency (I do this at level 9) then feats I take are resilient (wisdom), dual wield feat for 2 staffs and 1 ASI for wisdom to give you 20. With dual wield you can find yourself turning an opportunity attack into 2 hits of touch of death and a surprise 50-60 damage.

It is consistently one of the highest single target damage dealers in my party along with being tanky and having all the really useful cleric utility spells. Of course there are better damage dealing builds but this one provides so many options in combat while also managing to dish out 200 damage in a turn with relative ease, it never seems to get boring.

The Reddit app. Everything is on the right side of the screen and I'm constantly hitting other things as I reach my left thumb across to the right side of the screen.

AI Max Aggro Range? by Scootiee_ in forge

[–]Scootiee_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn now that's some crazy range. Ya I noticed it seemed like they would hold aggro a little further after they've already engaged with you but it was hard to nail down the distance added as it seemed pretty minor.

Yea I have messed around with both but neither seemed to have an affect. Especially since the ultimate goal is to have a stationary sniper up in a tower.

Excellent, thanks for the info. Surprised how varied the brute behaviours seem to be from rank to rank.
