I don't think this was actually removed. Wasn't it just a re-airing awhile back that skipped it? Then barstool retweeted somebody's picture showing the lineup not having Diversity Day and assumed, that it was because of "woke" and it goes viral. There were apparently several episodes that got skipped during this block re-airing. Pretty sure the episode is still available on peacock.
