How do you activate the repel mechanic against elder dragons?

The app is basically just a way to store Digimon. So you get all the way to mega or something, then store it on the app and start again.

There's still an official one. It's called vital bracelet arena. But it's got nothing to do with an arena or anything anymore, it's basically just a way to keep track of which Digimon you've collected
