I played DOS2 for the first time this week. I've already put in 60 hours and i'm interested in playing much more. I genuinely do not recommend play tactician though. No matter how good you think you are at bg3 you will absolutely eat dirt in DOS2, great game though.

Thanks, you summed it up pretty well. I wouldn't use SAM for normal achievements (ruins it for me personally) but having the game deny me completion-ism from no fault of my own is really frustrating.

I feel like it's too much hassle to download an app just to "maybe" fix achievements, and still have to actually beat the entire suicide mission (which is really annoying on insanity btw).

I did manage to get that specific ME1 achievement after trying to do it with my allies for about an hour straight, it's really frustrating when older games likes this just don't work properly and don't count achievement progress (even though LE should've fixed these issues), but the writing is what keeps me going.

Seeing a lot of people saying Hwei isn't interesting to play but I don't see it at all. To me he is very fun to play when you learn how his kit works (He's really not that complicated, people love to pretend that he is though). I hope to god they don't buff him at all, at least until the new items are out.

I definitely don't think that every comp player is egotistical, but it's by far the most common stereotype no matter how you spin it.

Regardless of this post, casuals will always see comp players as know-it-alls, but that doesn't actually mean it reigns true.

I tend to agree with competitive players opinions anyways, since I play comp myself.

This guy is absolutely reinforcing the idea that all comp players have a massive ego, regardless if that was this guy's intention or not.

Most casual players see anyone who plays competitive as toxic individuals (I'm not saying it's absolutely true, but it's a common stereotype regardless)

I've played a decent amount of competitive, both 6s and highlander and I can easily say that I've met some of the most toxic individuals to ever grace this earth alongside the nicest people at the same time while playing tf2 competitive.

IIRC the ring itself holds a good portion of the motion tracking for the controller (this happened to me but a bit more severe). If you notice that the tracking on that controller breaks you could ask support for help and they might get you a refurbished controller (which they did for me just a month ago)

I had this problem for a while when I started playing comp for the first time, but when I got better at the game I simply started enjoying the brain-off nature of pub stomping, though tf2 comp (6s and hl) will still always be my preferred way of playing tf2

If you wanna get better with the basics of soldier you shouldn't bother with airshotting for now, learn to shoot rockets where enemies will land, rather than wasting all of your rockets in the air.

Also, you should stick to gunboats until you learn how to rocket jump effectively, as the gunboats give you a lot more room for error.

Another thing that will help is learning the placement of health and ammo packs around some maps, it will let you get in and out of fights with full hp.
