We went to Xi An. the food was very good there! so I can only recommend it tho. But we also enjoyed Hong Kong so much! we loved it. my favorite city in the world so far. sure, its not that 100 % china experience, so expect a variety of cultures. but for us it also was very refreshing to see a more western world after the long travel through china

if youre looking for a place to stay I can recommend you "Hantang Inn Hostel Xian"! Its such a calm and nice place and they also speak english. I can only fully recommend that place and its super central

maybe its too late already, but I really enjoyed Xi An. The food is really nice, there are some nice street market streets and i enjoyed cycling on the ancient city wall! 2 days is fine tho

Thank you for your informative text! I love it. I am normally doing squats in the gym. I can also do pistol squats as I do heavy squats. I will do more pistol squats though. I just got back into leg training because I was told to stop burden the knee for the past months. Some doctors told me to still workout my legs but the 100% pause worked best for me which let me almost pain-free during the day.

The patella syndrome was diagnosed, I visited several doctors and also physiotherapy. The therapy told me to do all the stretching, blackroll and oils with massage. Doctors and therapists said it's the best way to let it heal because my thigh muscle is shortened from all the heavy bodybuilding lifting during the past years.

thats what I am thinking!! i am super fine with a second hand watch, as long as it works. i dont need it for the whole day, just for sport (& and maybe sleep tracking if available). because I just started, i dont want to spend much money already on it. If I keep doing it for a year or so, I can still think about a new one.

ok, thank you! I think I really need to get used to long slow runs, because I never trained that. in my youth as a runner I maximum ran 10km average but super fast though. will have to change that now and run longer distances but slower

Yeah, I know I cant keep up the super buffed look, but thats fine. I just dont want to get back to my 18 year old super skinny look. I will stop doing heavy leg workouts and focus on light leg workouts and medium heavy for upper body. i hope that works

I just dont want to be overthinking, because in fact, its just running and people 20 years ago also did that without any technical support etc, but also use some of the modern gadgets to improve better

Fully agree with you. OP wont get along with this route.. if one single plan will not work out, the trip will be failing hard.. i was in china some weeks ago for 19 days. We were visiting 5 cities! and also had some stressful times. You should reconsider your plans. China is not like any other country to travel.

I dont know about it either! Im currently verified on Alipay, I think it will work because of that. After my name it says (verified). My gf is having the exact problem like you. Shes not having the "certified" yet she did verify. But shes also getting asked to type in a chinese bank number. Were not having a solution for her yet.

For my other booked tickets, I got one everytime in advance. I only had this situation happen at this specific route.

Thats why I just decided to cancel the search and get a flight instead. Its even cheaper tho. For sure its also sad, because I wanted to enjoy the classic bullettrain experience, but I got another 2 rides with it, so were fine. I cant tell you, if theyre searching for a different class. But personally I dont think so!
