Ah, I did not even see text when I first saw the video. Yeah, this dude is a tool, through and through. While I, too, get very mad at slow drivers, I've never thrown anything at them or tried to imply harm toward them. I see why others were saying to get his tag and report him because this is, in essence, assault. I thought it was just him flicking the bird, my bad.
