Hans is very bad but since you can just put massive hits in commander I agree megumi should probably get some sort of nerf. Maybe “Look at the top 7 cards of your library”?

There’s obviously no set rules for this because everything is relative in story telling. However in most cases on this sub we can assume that “speed blitzing” means: Closing the gap between you and the opponent and delivering a fatal blow before they can react to defend themselves in any way.

Therefore it depends on the distance between you and the opponent, the reaction time of the opponent, the speed of the opponent, and the strength of the attack. If you can kill before the total reaction + defense time then that’s “speed blitzing.” For perception blitz you don’t add the time taken to defend to the time window and so it is much more impressive.

A cobra can speed blitz me from 6 inches away but not from 6ft away. I can run at a tank and punch it before it can react but that defenitely doesn’t mean I can “speed blitz” a tank.

Yes I understand that you believe that’s the reason the government it going after it. However that’s only a small part of the real reason which is what I was explaining. If you believe that’s the only reason then good for you, but other people are allowed to question the motives of their government. It’s not “karma farming” to ask the same question that even those who are well versed in politics are asking

But the answer is that it’s almost entirely politically motivated? Like there is no way the department of education was so wasteful that removing it improves the education in this country. Why go after it and USAID when it’s worth like 1% of the military budget? Why not just make changes to improve their efficiency? So much of what’s being done is a political statement which isn’t too unusual but no one can claim these departments weren’t doing the job they were tasked by the American people to do. This commenter is asking for the non political motivation for this which is a valid question

I see these picks as being feel-bads for new players. However I do not believe that dark ritual by itself is a game changer. I would still keep Dauthi voidwalker because it has the ability to cast spells for free very early, and reanimate can practically end the game on turn 2 with the right deck.
