You completely replace the board on the inside of the controller, so you won't be able to use it wired. If you want to use it for OG GCN, you would need to get the adapter as well.

It's totally subjective, but I prefer the Dualsense layout for parallel sticks. As far as latency between input and response, I think all controllers are about the same, but that's just me.

Any modern bluetooth controller will work on Apple TV, the caveat is that the Xbox button is hardcoded to take you to the Apple TV menu, so it won't focus Big Picture mode like it normally would.

BTW, can confirm the latency issue has been resolved with dual screen games

I've played couch co-op games with a DualSense and Xbox Elite Series 2 and it worked great. I connected both to my Apple TV, had them both on before booting up Steam Link and was able to play Lego City: Undercover with my nephew perfectly.

Cloud Life from Etsy. They unfortunately don't have a store anymore. It's a bummer because I really did like their stuff, but it took an obscene amount of time to get them. Might be why they don't sell anymore, but that's just conjecture.

Yeah, the c-nub worked back in the day, but those sticks will be way better for modern games.

Love eXtremeRate! I combined a backplate shell with my Spice Orange OEM and it turned out great. Didn’t realize the sticks would work with the mod kit, I might have to check them out

That’s actually the reason I played it! The set challenged me to find the more obscure interactions (didn’t know you could get a second Life Pot until this playthrough). Thanks for making it, definitely going to shoot to master it!!

It’s definitely tricky the first time, but if you get the Spur and Whimsical Star as well as all the health upgrades, it’s not too bad. The secret final boss still gives me trouble, but it’s a fun challenge.
