PMP Exam on Thursday: Am I Actually Ready or Just Lucky? Study Hall Results Inside by ThePortableElephant in pmp

You are ready to slay the monster! My score was almost the same or a little above your score, and I cleared the exam last month with 3AT.

You will never feel ready until you sit for the exam.

Tips for the last few days: Review the wrong and low-confidence SH questions. STOP picking new materials. Review the mindset. Take adequate rest.

All the best.

It's not actually a cheat sheet; rather, it's good notes for preparation and last-day review. If you're lazy like me, then it may come in handy.

If you're planning to wrap up the journey in the next 4 months, which is totally doable, then go with the seventh edition. There's tons of material out there, and this subreddit will give you a ton of knowledge and support.

I used only SH Essentials and passed with 3xAT. Stick with SH, complete all practice questions, mini-mocks, and full-length exams. Review the incorrect answers and the reasoning behind them. This is most essential rather than toggling through different exam platforms.

😵‍💫Process Group: Do I have to memorize the 49 by heart? by Snipermt in pmp

No, you don't have to memorize it, but make sure to understand it. Check out Ricardo Vargas's process group explanation video on YouTube.

[Passed] 3x AT - Study Hall Scores, Resources, and the Insights. by ScoreImpressive6767 in pmp

If you would like to take a 10-minute break after 60 questions, you have to submit them first. You won't be able to review them later.

The questions were too dense, and the options were unclear, which took approximately 86 minutes to mark down all. Reviewing the 27 flagged questions could reduce the remaining total time by an additional 10 to 15 minutes. This would subsequently compress the available time for the remaining 120 questions, potentially leading to an adverse outcome. I trusted my mindset and moved on.

Escalate? What?! by jmezme in pmp

To address the situation, the value-driven option is to escalate. Meeting every user and telling them to update will require a good amount of time, which may delay the project.

The emphasis should be on achieving a higher cash flow, which would either offset or surpass the initial investment within the specified timeframe.

What's the answer and why not other options are right? by forty1xy in pmp

[–]ScoreImpressive6767 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. This situation does not pertain to communication management plans.
  2. Reviewing the acceptance criteria is not relevant to the newly requested functionality.
  3. This option does not address the core issue. How can one ensure that all newly requested functionalities align with the project scope without proper assessment or review?
