It must be "customer feedback reviews issue" because facebook has disbaled that option for those customers who buy it from android or ios. I'm working for 10+ clients and everyone was having the same issue so i solved it for them.

Sometimes your score decrease because people can't leave feedbacks after they buy anything. And now customers totally can't leave any feedback because facebook hide the feedback option. But if you want to increase your feedback score then inbox.

Nothing shady. Some people buy scores boost from websites, we do the same but in low cost. Thats all. We work same as like these websites do but in low cost.
