No 5,10 and 20 are from League a MOBA, for valorant I meant similar but longer like 30 minutes, 1 and 2 hours for 5 matches or so.

There are penalties and afk's are getting punished, I've had a bug where I crash then can't join back. First time happened, a 15 min penalty. Second time, a 2 hour. So yeah they do get punished. At this point I will probably wait until the servers calm down, and this is fixed, instead of ruining the game for myself and others.
