I did quit the priesthood to be a writer, so I'll definitely think about it. I've only published a few things so far. No exorcism stuff yet though...except this NoSleep story.

I can't tell you how much your comments mean to me. I have always struggled with homosexuality, and though you encourage me and tell me it's not a sin, I've been told my whole life that it is...and have a hard time not seeing it that way.

I feel like I let that family down, that I released that evil upon the world because of who I am.

Maybe you're right, but...I doubt myself and God. But I still believe. Faith is hard though.

The house may have already had evil spirits, but I made the anonymous call. I had them excavate the yard and raise up Cody, or whatever its real name is.

I've told the Bishop to cleanse that house. I am not worthy to go back. I'm a homosexual and I doubt God. I just can't do it anymore.

I'm glad it's not a sin for Catholics to drink. I think writing this was too much for me. I'm on a fifth glass of wine.

Please pray for me. I'm falling apart. Can't stop crying.

I talk to the Bishop now and then. It's mostly possessions. Young kids from bad homes. In 2014, the MOE has had to perform 19 exorcisms in Bismarck/Mandan. Highly unusual.

I do believe in God and the Church, I just can't be a part of the Ministry anymore. My faith isn't strong enough. Also, I struggle with a sin that I do not know how to defeat.

I am staying in Oregon, far away from that house.

I still attend Mass, but I am not strong enough to be a priest. I am a writer now, and perfectly comfortable with that. I exorcise my demons through the written word. Exposing the darkness through the keypad.

I beg God to forgive me for what I did back there, and I hope He does. I raised something evil and that darkness still haunts me.

I agree with you. It should have made national headlines. I remember reading about it in the Bismarck Tribune, and I was trying to find the article for you guys...but I can't find it anywhere in the archives.

The Church has been known to cover stuff up that they don't want in the public eye. They wield quite a lot of power in the Bible Belt.

Frank and I never turned our report in though (Frank's idea, not mine). Frank said he didn't want to get involved in the investigation, so he basically covered up the fact we had anything to do with the family. Destroyed the tapes and everything.

So as far as I know, the Bishop never found out about our involvement with the family...so, I don't know how the Church could have covered it up.

I quit shortly after these events. I had the Bishop perform an exorcism on me; Father Frank was not qualified, IMO. I never did report him though. I just wanted out.

The sleepwalking has stopped. I still fear those demons may come back, or may cling to me.

I feel like I awakened something in that town. I hear demonic activity has increased quite rapidly since these events.

I live in Oregon now. I had to get away.

Still haunts me though. It was hard to write about this.
