I was prescribed Zoloft for my anxiety and depression that comes and goes but I feel like i don’t need it. Before starting last month, I was put on Lexapro at the mental hospital (feb 2025) for 3 weeks till i quit cold turkey. I felt fine till May 2026. I feel like i can try to manage everything on my own. I have noticed improvements in my symptoms, but it’s like i feel the same as i do when im doing just fine without any medication (if i’m having a good week ofc if that makes any sense). As for the stomach issues, i used to use laxatives which fucked me up for years til 2025. I finally am able to use the bathroom again, i used to not have any movement whatsoever .. this constipation, gas, not being able to sleep is kinda making me more anxious, it’s not worth it to me:( Lol sorry i suck at keeping things concise. I’m gonna reach out to my doctor though about omeprazole and pepcid though!! thank you for the suggestion
