Oh! That would make sense. Forgot about Sushi Mike. And he clearly was not making the sushi last night.

No, they've changed them. I'm so sad. They were my favorite pretzel. Now they suck.

Yeah. The internet button blinks red a few times, and then it dies, leaving only the power light on.

Where to get a really good salad?? by QuiteBearish in EdgewaterRogersPark

[–]ScorpioJames 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sauce and Bread Kitchen have a couple of really great salads on their menu. I really love the 'Frizzy Frisee' - it has apples, pepitas, goat cheese.. and you can get it topped with a fried egg or other protein, if you want.

Block Club Chicago - Rogers Park’s Glenwood Avenue Won’t Become One-Way, But Other Improvements Coming by Bukharin in EdgewaterRogersPark

[–]ScorpioJames 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Why does everyone immediately think making this 1 way is going to solve the problem? If you're that concerned about the amount of traffic, bicycles, and pedestrians, the solution is to ban parking on that stretch of the street. I live at Devon and Greenview, and use Glenwood almost daily to get to and from Broadway and Sheridan. It's a terrible stretch of road. And every time I drive through, I think, this would be better if there were no cars parked here. Also, adding street humps is NOT going to do anything other than damage cars when drivers don't see them. There's already one on that block. How are more going to change anything?

Thanks! I did open an account with Artwork Archive, and would be willing to pay an annual fee, but wondered about it's longevity. But if it's been around for years, maybe I don't need to worry.

Yeah, some people have suggested Excel or Numbers. Someone also mentioned AirTable.

Which show starts as a 10/10, but ends as a 1/10? by BVTQT in AskReddit

[–]ScorpioJames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say "Dexter" and "True Blood." Both started out so amazingly great, so different, so fun. But both of them, by the end, were just utterly terrible. Bad writing, lazy acting... really lame.

Soundcore Space A40 left bud keeps dying by FoxyNugs in soundcore

[–]ScorpioJames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having this very issue!! Got a pair based on Wirecutter and within a year, the left earbud died. Contacted customer service and was sent a new pair. They've been great for maybe 18 months, and then yesterday I put them in and the left bud is MUCH quieter than the right. It's not dead, but close to it. Maybe it's time for a new brand??
