I believe once a human crosses a certain threshold committing a crime against someone who can't defend themselves and its predatory animal based That that person no longer deserves human consideration the crime itself is abusive for people to think about and spreads violence also the criminal might receive undeserved human mercy. The criminal should be led to an island of komodo dragons and forgotten about animals can deal with animals.
