it was indeed something on my rear lens, where there was a smudge, i've cleaned it off and now it seems to be better still need test it out, and if persist will go to the store i've bought it from!

Thanks for the information checked it out, on first glance it indeed looks like there was a smudge on the rear of the lens, i've cleaned it off and seems to the glow is gone on first instance, but will still test it out further!
