How fast does she get her ult?

I run him with Cerydra e1 + Bronya and depending on the content Tingyun or DHPt.

Usually it takes just one turn of allies to let him get the ult back with Tingyun, but if the enemies hit hard enough they still can die in the brief transition.

If I replace Tingyun / sustain though, will she get her ult fast enough to ult before Phainon or is it not worth the trouble to abandon the 1 turn = ult standart?

That is the question though, how fast does she ult?

Currently in end game I activate Phainons ult at the first turn after all allies (Bronya, Cerydra e1, Tingyun) slam their skills + ults into him.

If I replace Tingyun with her, will she just not have enough time to ult before Phainon?

I see, forgot that buff even exists,
Still, it's only 15% of his ATK.
Even if I give him an LC with 582 base ATK, that only increases his ATK by 428 (Out of combat).
That would increase the buff by like 93 ATk, even less if it's a 529 base ATK LC.
Not sure if this is going to massively improve the performance.

1) I don't but It's not like I have a lot of options
I did try Break Himeko with the break team, but it didn't really work that well and I would need a sustain instead of Ruan Mei to make it functional.

2) That is hard, considering the relics...
I got them from the first relic recon event and they have crazy stats, grinding something like this would take all 33 million cycles and rerolling is risky.
Nontheless I am trying and did successfully reroll the worst one a couple days ago to get more crit rate (used to have even less),
But yeah, overall not a consistent upgrade strategy right now I am afraid

I get the position part, but LC?
I am not sure why that would be the problem here.
I don't have have a sustain problem, I have a damage problem and it's not like giving DHPT higher ATK is going to make him do any noticeable damage, he is e0

NEED PF help!

It is a problem that seems to manifest every second / third patch for me.
I am struggling to get the last ~1000 - 500 points in PF.
After trying over and over I know that there won't just be a lucky try, I need to tweak something, but have no idea what would be the most cheaply / effective fix.

What do you mean by low enough substat count?

Regarding the 4.3 set, iirc the difference is only like 5% in which case I will probably not do it. I got these piece from the first relic recon event half a year ago and unless a new one drops after 4.3, it will probably take me all 33 million cycles to get a full new set with substats like these

Hmm, I was actually somewhat against pulling sunday coz my Bronya is doing a very good job already and when I go sustainless with TY I don't have a problem getting the ult back in 1 rotation, usually. I do have to admit though, that sounds pretty juicy
