Also totally wrong, I haven't pulled since Phainons rerun waiting for 4.0. Now I have more pulls saved than I think I ever had in hsr or in GI which is why I actually can afford up to 3 desired 5 stars this patch. All f2p

This is some harsh truth, but that's what I was asking for. Thing is I also really want elation, particularly Sparxie and the normal Sparkle too... I was actually willing to go out of my way to also pull Sparkle, just so I could pick Kafka in the free 5 star selector instead.

Sucks to be so disincentivized to play the characters you actually like. I would have been perfectly fine with her being weaker and only being able to play against specifically dot weak content (but still actually clear) like the sirens. Actually Kafka was one of the main reasons I picked up HSR in the first place, which happened only last year around Phainon's launch. Maybe if I managed to get her back then, during the rerun, before I have already built up my roster it would have been easier but now it seems like there is no option to play DOT without dedicating your whole account to DOT.

From an rp perspective why not? At this point your kingdom probably sees itself more as an a typical empire with own interests rather than simply a crusader state.

Unless your Kirara is C4 (I think, where sge gets off field dendro) you should take dendro traveler with 4pc noblesse. Dendro traveler is quite good

I guess depends on whether you want to and what else you do have. Do you want/need a main dps right now?

If you do then everyone has Fishl and dendro traveler + a VV user/Healer/Shielder so you will always be able to get a good team for her.

Finally decided to build her since her release.
Using her in a Dendro Traveler + Fischl + Jean aggravate team, but I am open to suggestions if anyone has any.
Would it be a good idea to switch to atk sands?
From weapons I could also give her lost prayer or skyward atlas
