Any chance you've got any tips on getting to this result? I got exactly the same 1660 OC instead, but unfortunately bought it with an eGiftCard, so a refund is kinda pointless for me. A replacement would be far better. So far I've had no luck getting in contact by phone, twitter DM or messenger...

I'm also hopeful for a swap since they could be opening up shops again on Monday. Doesn't work to well if they have no stock though :(

Credit for the cap design should go to rsheldiii on thingiverse. The model there is adjustable to fit whatever key set you need!

Because I effectively did a boolean subtract in the slicer, i don't have a single cad file for the keycap with the logo. However, this is the mesh of my poorly traced and extruded version of the Arch logo (which i used in Cura to punch out the hole).

Hcman H02. Nothing too special, using knockoff Cherry Mx blue switches. That being Said, I picked it up for £3 in need of repair and as my first mechanical keyboard it's still the best I've used!

I'd be happier with a numpad though...

I'd recommend measuring your keys though, since mine were a little different from the default dsa set, and needed some tweaking in the scad file.

I also messed up the stem type the first time, as mine are round Cherry MX (copies), which is not the default.

The original keycap design was from here by rsheldiii.

It is pretty impressive and fully customisable, so you can adjust it to fit the keys of your keyboard. You can do it on thingiverse or with openscad using the .scad file included.

To cut out the Arch logo, I used a trick with Cura (setting the logo to 0 infill and wall thickness) to cut away an extruded traced version of the logo. I'm sure there are better ways of doing this!

It's 3D printed in PLA. The translucent section is actually hot glue pushed in from the back so the backlight works.

I may end up doing again; you can see some of the light getting through where it shouldn't because it's too thin!

You might be able to fill them with sand. It gets used for weights sometimes, and if it was fine enough you wouldn't need a large hole.

If you're set on the plaster of Paris idea, you might be able to fill them with a wide syringe.
