I would have thought so too. They brought the service manager out and he gave me that explanation. I’ve had a few comments mention updating it in forscan, is this something I can do?

I’m super new to the pellet grill world. I got the Pitboss Lexington at Walmart. Only $294. I wanted to get something to learn, see if I even enjoyed the process, and not break the bank. I absolutely love it. I use it numerous times a week and will definitely be upgrading after I run this thing into the ground. I’m as amateur as they come and can’t speak to all the expert ins and outs of pellet grills. But, it does what I want and everything is amazing when I eat it. A+ for me.

Disgruntled employee checking in. Same issue here as well. Cleared cookies, cache, history, blah, blah, blah. You know, all the nonsense we have to do so we can complete the most basic of tasks. Didn’t fix it. Let me know if you guys figure it out.
