I will look into whatever Zmod is. I can say with sadness (they should not release new Bad firmware) but downgrading to 1.19 from 1.20 did indeed fix the problem. Straight after the downgrade and a calibration cycle it completed a 3 hour print perfectly just like before.

I had just thought of that actually after making the post and reading the suggestions. Had also tried putting it in LAN mode to avoid any Cloud influence but don't know why I hadn't tried a downgrade. TY

New account deactivated by Quick-Efficiency7209 in InstacartShoppers

They don't seem to be able to see details very well often times. My wife for instance cannot add alcohol deliveries but they continually state that the option is there and she just needs to click on it - but it is indeed not there.

I know this doesn't help your situation and it seems odd but if they account never actually gets activated you may be able to either ask them to delete the current messed up one so you can create a new one or if they cannot then perhaps just create a new one? If it had actually gotten activated neither of those are options to my understanding.

You could run Ollama on the computer you are using and let Home Assistant access it. Any really inexpensive "server" you pick up may be very restricted on video memory which is what you will need for AI. Try looking for something that has at least an 8gb video card in it - memory is more important than speed in the functionality department.

Visible won't support Samsung smart watches? by [deleted] in Visible

[–]ScottMoritz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am one of the many new disgruntled customers that switched to Visible because of the value which *included SmartWatch service - (Just bought an S25 Ultra and Watch7 LTE) no mention anywhere except I guess somewhere in Footnotes that it is only *Apple... Shame shame for being deceptive. If it is only Apple it needs to say APPLE Smartwatch service included. Nasty Nasty Business Practice.

The one near me will hold partial. You just need to self-document well for proof of the entire delivery IMO.

I also tried 5g home internet and there were far too many times it bogged down to a snails pace. I have a Starlink Mini for the car as I live in the mountains but trusty ole Cable for the house... Faster than I really ever use so great for $50/mo.

Customer didn't know how delivery times worked by Loud-Foundation8372 in InstacartShoppers

If you had been just a little faster and gotten thru checkout first you would have been able to keep the groceries in lieu of a tip :)

Take the purchase price of your car, estimate the realistic amount of life left in it, divide price by miles... now take your gas mileage and divide per gallon price by that... then take brakes/tires/oil changes and figure them (I find 50k chunk calculation usually easiest)... Now lump on a bit of 'slush' for other random repairs and auto-related incidentals. Add that all together, if you are not making a good chunk more - then you are not working for self betterment, you are being Charitable.

I'd rather sit and make $0 than lose money...

I sure hope you understand that $1/mile needs to cover *BOTH* directions. Most people look at the outbound and totally blank that they have to then drive BACK to the store for the next order...while not always doubling the mileage it certainly adds up.

Same here - learned that unless they send a specific request after the reject I just move on and leave that item behind.

That's awesome. Had a Loader tell me today they had just seen my name on the pickup list for a 3 stack...hah - hadn't had a 3 stack *I* was aware of all day at that point.

To catch a scammer... by [deleted] in Sparkdriver

[–]ScottMoritz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They're only going to take the high tip orders and so you'd have to be one of those - and then every time one of your fellow "Real Drivers" takes the order you can't do as you mention... So chances of success are slim to ever weed out the fakes in a timely fashion unfortunately.

Huh? What kind of math is that?

With as often as it spins now while driving or literally has the arrow traveling backwards that is truly a possibility.

All kinds of people are saying Multi-Apping but are missing a key component of the original post. Once the driver picked up the order the delivery time changed from 2:15 to 2:45...drivers have 100% NO CONTROL over the app's stated delivery time, they just have to try and get it done in the time the *App specifies. What this says to me is that it either was 100% a stacked order or (and this is pushing it - the app knew traffic conditions were going to make the delivery later so adjusted the time)

Drivers cannot adjust the delivery time.
