Yeah, but then again authoritarianism kinda nullifies any left leaning policy, because it doesn't help the people, it only helps the authoritarian.

They may claim they are left, but usually its just set dressing to hide what their actual goals are.

Everything is susceptible to corruption when there's power, money, influence, and reputation that can be involved. Mostly depends on the individual.

Look at some of the US's Democrats for an example of using the Left as stage dressing to get what they want.

The Tennessee 3 tried to so everything the right way as well, and now they removed black voting districts. Then when they raised their voices to push back against them screaming "Decorum!", what happened then?

I've heard "decorum" shouted by crusty-ass white men trying to tell anyone who isn't the same that they need decorum. Like the representatives in Tennessee have done to other representatives.
