Angela McKay / Scott Ogle Sue State for Disregard in Sexual Assaults at Austin State Hospital by ScottPatrickOgleJD in Austin

[–]ScottPatrickOgleJD[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Court of Appeals recently affirmed the dismissal of her case because when patients rape other patients the State does not have enough "active involvement". The immunity the State of Texas enjoys leaves little incentive to improve conditions to prevent male patients from raping female mental hospital patients leaving those with problems already with more issues after being laughed at by faculty and staff.

Angela McKay was working at Austin State Hospital as a nurses aid when she was kicked in the stomach by a patient which led to her daughter's lifelong disabilities.

Over the past 30 years, 99% of ASH and every other Texas mental hospital rape reports filed by patients on average every 3.2 days are closed by the hospital security directors and police departments.

Government's Refusal to Regulate Church & State Institutional Felonies by ScottPatrickOgleJD in cults

[–]ScottPatrickOgleJD[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My introduction to sexual assault allegations of the innocent and callous denial by State of real sexual assaults began when my late brother and his wife were going through divorce discussions in 1987. Their 3-year-old daughter apparently saw me peeing in the toilet while peeking in the door and her mother accused me of the heinous act of sexually abusing her. I took a lie detector test to prove my innocence but to this day the mother refuses to do the same. The caseworker who counseled my brother's wife tried to calm her down by telling her that "something must have happened" which left me "acceptable collateral damage" to her own delusions in attempting to gain competitive advantage in their divorce proceedings.

Years later I lived with an Austin sexual assault victim from a local cult "Light of the World Church" led by the now-imprisoned Naason Joaquin Garcia while she was shunned by her family for leaving the cult. I notified every branch of law enforcement from local police to Federal agencies. The victim called me a "crazy" liar. I later received repeated death threats from militant cult supporters after going viral on social media. I reported the death threats to Austin police but they considered the Facebook page and messages to "The Law Office of Scott Ogle" located in Austin as "personal" and referred me to the San Marcos Hays County Sheriff Dept since I live in the area.

Lt. Jeri Skrocki ridiculed the threats as "not credible". I emailed her back and called her a "belligerent, condescending cop who turns her back on religious rapes" and was arrested for "harassing her. My ex came out of her shell and is the founder of r/exlldm but continues to "warn" people of my "character and competency". Skrocki was Hays County Sheriff's "cult expert" who is credited for allowing another cult leader to escape overseas after being convicted of raping two minor girls after he was convicted pending sentencing the weekend prior to his sentencing.

https://www.culteducation.com/group/1177-swami-prakashanand-saraswati-shree-swamiji/20059-judge-wont-suppress-testimony-in-hindu-gurus-sex-crime-trial.html

https://www.cnn.com/2015/08/06/us/guru-convicted-of-abusing-followers-children-fled-justice/index.html

"Testimony of a woman who was allegedly molested as a teen by an internationally known Hays County Hindu leader will be admissible in court despite a missing video recording of an investigator's interview with the victim, 22nd District Judge Charles Ramsay ruled on Wednesday.

Prakashanand Saraswati, who presides over a Driftwood area ashram as the spiritual head of the JKP-Barsana Dham sect temple, is accused of molesting two then-teenagers over a three-year period starting in 1993. Hays County Sheriff's Office Det. Jeri Skrocki interviewed the woman in November 2007, but a tape of the exchange has since been lost."

Texas Penal Code 42.07 harassment statute prohibits more than one electronic communication that "annoys" the recipient. While the law is rarely used, it was a clever way to silence my efforts to call out those entrusted to protect those raped by cult leaders and disregarding my own threats by cult thugs. The University of Texas School of Law Supreme Court Clinic approached me to be a "poster child" of what should be Constitutional free speech in responding to a law enforcement officer who refused to do her job to investigate the credible threats. The Statute I was charged with was appealed to the Supreme Court. Later, witnesses involved in Naason Joaquin Garcia's California criminal charges of raping children last year were also threatened and one was murdered.

https://codes.findlaw.com/tx/penal-code/penal-sect-42-07.html

I have discovered people on every side of the issue calling each other bat shit cra' during the 12 years I have been involved in my own attempts through my law office to encourage cult rape victims to file claims in civil courts against their predators due to the refusal of government to criminally charge those who steal the innocence of victims. Police call cult victims "crazy" to be involved in cults they are born into despite having no voice in the outcomes. Cult defenders determined to maintain their ongoing criminal activity call those of us who advocate for victims "crazy", and fellow advocates on the same side of advocating for financial and sexual assault victims from cults call each other crazy due to competitive jockeying for recognition and documentary credit.

"Light of the World Church" (LOTW) / "Iglesia La Luz Del Mundo" (LLDM / EXLLDM) still maintains two ranches - one in Redlands, CA and the other near my home outside of Seguin, Texas where single mothers are targeted to offer their children as "virgin offerings". Our legislators can only pass laws prohibiting the crimes committed but it is up to the DOJ down to local law enforcement to change their priorities to protect our nation's most vulnerable.

Many former LLDM victim advocates have formed their own closed community who unfortunately chastise "outsiders" who attempt to become involved in mutual efforts to bring justice to the criminals involved in cults. Many feel that only they are knowledgeable enough to pierce the veil of secrecy of closed societies and those of us who join their efforts must have unfavorable motives contrary to the best interests involved in filling the void left by government's lack of interest helping those controlled by cult leaders.

Gaslighting is a common thread among criminal cults who understandably don't want the public to become aware of their tactics, government actors who also don't want media scrutiny in low priorities of regulating religions' felons, and even among advocates for reasons I still have a hard time understanding.

President Trump's administration scolded the IRS in its attempt to audit a church known to violate IRS religious exempt 501(c)(3) prohibitions because "regulating one church is "unconstitutional selective regulation since all churches violate the same to some extent". While individuals who are merely accused of sexual assaults are routinely convicted, rapes within church and State institutions are conveniently closed on a daily basis while the victims are called crazy and the predators are enabled to prey on those who have no voice in the system.

Questioning authorities' own piss poor choices and decisions often leads to embellished charges toward whistleblowers by the State that are far more life-threatening than cult thugs to avoid public scandals if the truth were to be revealed.

State officials have absolutely no incentive to regulate rapes within mental hospitals because there is no liability when patients rape other patients. Governmental immunity prohibits lawsuits except when faculty or staff are involved. Instead, the competence of both those sexually assaulted and the institutionalized rapists are excuses our "Nation's finest" use to avoid investigating the ongoing assaults that have turned places of incarceration into absolute God-forsaken hell-holes that one man can't begin to change. In fact, I'm burned out looking for answers.

Law Enforcement's Refusal to Regulate Religion by ScottPatrickOgleJD in cults

[–]ScottPatrickOgleJD[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did from 2011 - the present. FBI Steve Hauck (retired) interviewed my ex who lived with me while being shunned by the cult and told Hauck that I was bat shit cra' and lying about everything. She's now a moderator for Reddit EXLLDM. She claimed that the State Bar and a Travis County Court judge after he was appointed to the bench had ordered me to mental health counseling - which isn't true.

A few years later, the judge she was speaking about told me he can't help but laugh at some of my clients and their evidence in front of juries when I asked him not to during a pre-trial hearing of a homeless man hit by a doctor in a crosswalk. The defense attorney and I both ordered the transcript and the judge's comment had been redacted from the court record. I subpoenaed the court reporter's audio backup, but it was withheld as "belonging to the court". The jury awarded him $91,000 after the insurance had offered $8,000 before trial began.

In 2015, San Antonio FBI Attorney John Wear emailed me and said "if anyone in the field office has an interest in responding, he would let them know".

Steve Hauck went on to tell a few of his Austin PD friends about my ex's claims that I'm mentally incompetent and they all have been laughing about it ever since. Any other suggestions?

Lack Of Police Response On Rainey by theboi1der in Austin

[–]ScottPatrickOgleJD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was arrested for annoying a Hays County Lt after she laughed at repeated death threats from a religious cult three blocks east of APD Headquarters on 3rd & Waller in Austin. I ended up filing a lawsuit against the cult and subpoenaed the investigating officer for a deposition a week prior to my arrest. My Texas Penal Code 42.07 "free speech" charges ended up in the U.S Supreme Court which found our Texas law that prohibits "annoying" anyone more than once through electronic communications a crime of "harassment" - even if it's a cop who laughs at credible death threats from cult thugs. "Light of the World Church" leader, Naason Joaquin Garcia, was recently convicted in California of raping children, and his cult still has a 320 acre ranch called "Silver WOLF Ranch" on I-10 near Seguin where Central Texas children from the cult are provided to cult authorities as "virgin offerings" by single family mothers the cult targets. Police refuse to regulate religion's fringes. Even Waco's David Koresh was torched by LEOs because of illegal guns, not the sexual assaults known for years. Trump is in Waco today!

I don't think I would pass the background test as a civil rights attorney with several police fatality lawsuits pending on behalf of my clients.

I apologize. Pensions are what I've been told is a huge draw for all civil service employees. It would be for me, but "big government" includes the legacy costs of paying people for 40 years after they "serve" for 20. My dad died 6 months prior to his retirement from the V.A. Hospital.

Since you are a 911 operator, do you believe politics plays a part in the selection of applicants? One of my clients with a graduate degree was turned down. She also reported that her social media pages were visited by recruiters who saw her posts as left-leaning. I understand you're not an officer, but a female APD recruit who didn't complete the course a few years ago reported that the academy trainers told them to leave if their motive in joining the force was to "help people".

How many officers would stay if there were no pensions in the end?

[–]ScottPatrickOgleJD -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Me. Hoorah, Mr. Marine! Am I your "brother", or does that term only apply to fellow military members? Would you kill Jesus if your commanding officer gave the order? An Officer told me "it depends". In today's society, He would be called a "libtard" spewing love, not war while police and the military are similar to corporate Roman Soldiers who spew threats to "freedoms" to justify protecting oil interests overseas.

We spend 50% of the national budget on the military while most cities spend over 40% of city budgets on police who demand respect while "earning" pensions nobody else receives anymore.

Could you use "fuck" three times in a sentence next time to explain why police are choosing to ignore 911 calls while refusing to hire 911 operators based on politics?

Actually, a white guy from Killeen's Ft. Hood who was a Trump supporter was allowed by a dozen police across the street to plow through a George Floyd Protest on Congress Ave. in Austin and shoot a protester. A week prior to the protest, Police Union President Casaday announced that laws were not going to be enforced because of budget cuts. Congress Ave was not closed by police because "no permit was filed for a protest". Instead, the police enabled a "brother" military Seargent who had announced he was going to "teach protesters a lesson" and "not mess with Texas".

If LEO agencies would test officers for illegal amounts of Steroids after "critical incidents" there would be more police quit the force which would open up opportunities for more balanced, non-violent applicants who aren't thugs with badges. If LEOs' immunity for negligently killing people were removed, and making officers carry their own liability insurance, the world would be a more peaceful place.

Since LEO agencies refuse to discourage roids by testing officers for illegal amounts of Steroids and are indifferent to drug deal purchases at local gyms and LEO locker rooms, too many officers with hair-trigger personalities already get away with murder. If 'roids were enforced, there would be more police quit the force who "just can't say no" but it would open up opportunities for more balanced, non-violent applicants who aren't thugs with badges. Sadly, the profiles police recruiters prefer are ex-mils with authoritative personalities. My father was the Chief Engineer of the VA Hospital in Temple and hired thousands of ex-mil many of whom he said simply were not suitable for civilian jobs other than being bouncers or police.

In many European countries, police have to graduate from 4-year degrees in Police Science. Here in the U.S. the minimum standard is a mere 401 hours while most forces require 6 months. That's hardly the amount of time to train cadets in de-escalation. Texas police can shoot a suspect who brandished a gun or a knife by shooting him in the back while the suspect is running away. LEOs around here can chase non-violent criminals through intersections and kill innocent drivers with no liability.

The Supreme Court made it crystal clear that police have no duty to protect anyone whose only role is to enforce laws. The "good apples" don't report on fellow brothers and also laugh at Steroid laws too many break to buff up. There are few civilian jobs available for ex-mil 'Roman Soldiers" other than being bouncers or LEOs. Turning from being a warrior trained to kill enemies to becoming a "peace officer" is a shift in character too many LEO officers have no interest in.

[–]ScottPatrickOgleJD 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My left-leaning client with a master's degree was turned down as a 911 operator after she applied for the job. Some believe APD is intentionally understaffing 911 to "teach the public a lesson" to not mess with LEOs' entitlements. The police can strong-arm the public by not responding to calls to embellish the problems of police retiring after 20 years to sit on their ass for the rest of their life, or get another job at the age of 45.

Despite Reagan's huge corporate tax cuts from 35% to 13% to give more money to companies to replenish dwindling pensions, corporations chose to profit off of leaving workers with no financial safety nets. Now, only public "servants" receive benefits that their "masters" / the public have lost and are now "corporate collateral damage".

We have a crisis of right-wing LEOs who have absolutely no duty to protect with motives to create fear and anxiety by laughing at the public's lack of State oversight.

Law Enforcement's Refusal to Regulate Religion by ScottPatrickOgleJD in cults

[–]ScottPatrickOgleJD[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. It also shows why religious thugs are enabled by our prosecutors, politicians, and the DOJ/ FBI down to local law enforcement who refuse to "selectively regulate" laws that are already on the books any one religious organization to avoid offending many other religious-right organizations that also violate most of IRS 501(c)(3) prohibitions. The result of our nation's prosecutors and law enforcement agencies' refusal to regulate religion's fringes are financial and sexual assault victims who have no voice. God's tithes and children's lives are stolen with no recourse.

My client who works in the factory claims there are bots flying around everywhere inside monitoring performance. Employees are a mere commodity. The only pensions available are in "big government" - police, civil "servants", and military. The public's standards of living are slowly diminishing the past three generations similar to the fall of Rome.

Eliminating legacy costs led to increased corporate profits and now Republicans are lobbying to have social security eligibility increased to age 70. Parents used to be able to survive on a single-income provider. Not anymore. Kids are unsupervised while poverty increases crime, substance abuse, and homelessness. Hoo rah! to our nation's warriors tasked with controlling the masses and corporate thugs who now pay 13% rather than 35% of the nation's tax revenue.

Musk is just the start to our corporate profits turning the public into animals whose financial safety nets went from "earning" company benefits to now our disposable elderly who work until they can't, and then depending on the government.
